Things You'll Need:

  • tomatos, long onions, garlic , cilantro leasves, salt, jalapinos, food chopper
  1. Step 1

    Take 5 tomatoes and remove core at top cut in half and add 1-2 to food chopper hit the pulse button if there is one blend until chunky repeat process for remaining tomatoes, put in bowl, next take 4 long stem onions and put through food chopper entire finally ground and add to bowl.

  2. Step 2

    next take 2-3 jalapeno and cut in half and remove seeds and stem, put in food chopper and run until finally ground (2 peppers for a medium heat and 3 for a hotter salsa) ads about 3-4 shakes of cliantro leaves (found in the spice section). Next add 1 teaspoon sale, and a very small amount of garlic from a jar ( usually about a 1/6 of a spoon )

  3. Step 3

    with all ingreadents in a bowl gently mix together and let sit for 10-15 minutes then mix again. Mix 3-4 times to get everything blended together. Final step get the chips and eat......... P.S. if you cook on stove for 5-10 minutes it takes the green taste out of the salsa
