Use Leftover Hog Roast Meat

Have you ever been to a Hog Roast where there wasn't any pork left over? I haven't! Here is a way to take that leftover meat and make some great sandwiches to save money.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pork
  • Wheat Bread
  • Mayo/Salad dressing
  • Tomato
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sandwich baggies
  1. Step 1

Get your machine out and blend up your leftover meat.

  2. Step 2

While blending add a tomato, Mayo, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Taste it occassionally to see if you need more. Continue to blend until smooth.

  3. Step 3

After completely blended to your satisfaction spread on one side of your bread.

  4. Step 4

Put your pieces of bread together and cut in half.

  5. Step 5

After cutting in half put one half in a baggie. Continue this process until all the meat is used.

  6. Step 6

Put your bags of sandwiches in the freezer. Use your sandwiches when you want by taking one out and letting it thaw. My husband has me make sandwiches this way for work so he can have a lunch and save money. He said they are thawed and fresh by break time.
