Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Use an anti-virus and spyware. I recommend AVG Free for anti virus and Microsoft anti-spyware.

  2. Step 2

    Backup your files daily using the software at zipbackup.com.

  3. Step 3

    Backup your files once a month using the Norton Ghost (symantec.com/sabu/ghost)

  4. Step 4

    Buy a DVD Writer and burn all you backup files once a week.
