How to Make an Easy Healthy Pasta Dinner

School night meals are always a chore! Here's a quick and healthy pasta dish that everyone will love!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • chicken breast
  • ziti
  • broccoli or zucchini
  • carrots
  • garlic
  1. Step 1

    First: prep work!
    -cut chicken into cubes
    -boil pot of water with little olive oil
    -cut up carrots and zucchini
    -mince garlic cloves

  2. Step 2

    Brown the chicken and garlic in a pan with olive oil. Then set aside.

    Boil pasta and carrots for 8-10 minutes. For a healthier version - you can use wheat ziti.
    Add broccoli florets or zucchini towards the end of the boil. Drain.

  3. Step 3

    Mix the garlic chicken, ziti and veggies in the pot adding parmesan cheese and more olive oil.

Tips & Warnings
  • Stove to table in 30 minutes or less.
