Things You'll Need:
- olive oil
- parmesan cheese
- chicken breast
- ziti
- broccoli or zucchini
- carrots
- garlic

Step 1
First: prep work!
-cut chicken into cubes
-boil pot of water with little olive oil
-cut up carrots and zucchini
-mince garlic cloves -
Step 2
Brown the chicken and garlic in a pan with olive oil. Then set aside.
Boil pasta and carrots for 8-10 minutes. For a healthier version - you can use wheat ziti.
Add broccoli florets or zucchini towards the end of the boil. Drain. -
Step 3
Mix the garlic chicken, ziti and veggies in the pot adding parmesan cheese and more olive oil.
