How to Lower Your Cholesterol Without Prescription Medications Part II

High Cholesterol can be reduced without medications. This article continues from Part I. Here are some other few helpful tips:

Instructions
  1. Step 1
     

    Drink Lots of Green Tea without milk either hot or cold

  2. Step 2
     

    Drink fresh juices, especially carrot, celery, and beet juices three times a week or more. Studies have shown that Carrot juice helps to flush out fat from the bile in the liver and this helps to lower cholesterol. You can use a blender or juicer to make these juices.

  3. Step 3
     

    Eat unsalted walnuts and almonds. Studies have shown that this can cut cholesterol levels by sixteen points.

  4. Step 4
     

    Fast Food Restaurants use beef tallow (fat) to make hamburgers, fish, chicken, french fries. This fat can raise blood cholesterol levels. Refrain from fast food, or eat in moderation and replace fast foods by making your own burgers and fries.

  5. Step 5
     

    Eating 2 servings of fish weekly- mackerel, salmon, sardines, trout and herring has been shown to lower LDL cholesterol and raise HDL cholesterol.
