How to make homemade corn bread

Things You'll Need

• 2 boxes of Jiffy Corn mucffin mix
• 2 eegs
• 2/3 cups milk
• 2 tbsp sugar
• a few squeezes of lemon

Instructions

1. Preaheat oven to 390 and grease round cake pan with butter.

2. 

   Mix 2pkgs of Jiffy corn muffin mix, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup milk, 2tblsp sugar, and a few generous squezes of fresh lemon in a large mixin bowl.

3. Stir vigoruously with a fork until mixture is fairly smooth and there are no dry clumps.

4. Bake 10 minutes in oven and then rotate pan and bake another 10 minutes.

5. When the top of the corn bread is slightly brown and it looks about done take out of the oven. Do not overcook the corn bread as it will be too dry.

Tips & Warnings

• Try some honey on the bread or just butter.

• pan will be hot.
