How to Make Easy Moist Pumpkin Cookies

Fall means pumpkin time! Pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll, and pumpkin cookies are my favorites. Here is a very easy semi homemade pumpkin cookie recipe.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Pumpkin Spice cake mix
• 1 Egg
• 1/3 cup oil
• Cookie sheet

1. PREPARE: Set your oven to 350. Mix your pumpkin spice cake mix with the eggs, and oil. The batter will end up thick, this is the consistency you want.

2. SPOON ONTO PAN: Spoon tablespoon size cookies onto a baking sheet. A little bigger or smaller depending on how big you want your cookies to be.

3. BAKE: Place the baking sheet into your preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat steps until all of the batter is used. If you wish you can ice the cookies with cream cheese icing. ENJOY!
