Things You'll Need:
- For cold spiked cider:
- Half gallon apple cider, chilled
- 1 cup rum
- 1/2 cup cinnamon schnapps
- Apple slices
- Lemon juice

Step 1
Mix apple cider and apple spice tea in a kettle or pot on the stove, over medium heat.

Stir in ground cinnamon and bring to a near simmer, then reduce heat to low.

Add run to the cider mixture, stirring to incorporate.

Ladle rum spiked apple cider into mugs, garnishing with cinnamon stick stirrers.

Mix apple cider, rum and schnapps in a large pitcher.

Pour spiked apple cider in glasses, over ice if desired.

Dip apple slices in lemon juice and use them to garnish the glasses. Serve and enjoy!
