  • For cold spiked cider:
  • Half gallon apple cider, chilled
  • 1 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon schnapps
  • Apple slices
  • Lemon juice

    Hot Rum Spiked Apple Cider Recipe

  1. Step 1

    Mix apple cider and apple spice tea in a kettle or pot on the stove, over medium heat.

  2. Step 2

    Stir in ground cinnamon and bring to a near simmer, then reduce heat to low.

  3. Step 3

  4. Step 4

    Ladle rum spiked apple cider into mugs, garnishing with cinnamon stick stirrers.
