Things You'll Need:

  • Half-gallon apple cider
  • 1 cup apple brandy
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

    Spiked Apple Cider Recipe

  1. Step 1

    Pour apple cider into a large pot or kettle over medium heat.

  2. Step 2

    Add cinnamon and spices, stirring to incorporate.

  3. Step 3

    Bring cider mix to a low simmer, then reduce heat to low.

  4. Step 4

    Mix in brandy, stirring spiked apple cider with wooden spoon.

  5. Step 5

    Serve the cider in warmed mugs garnished with cinnamon stick stirrers.

Tips & Warnings
  • Serve children warm cider sprinkled with cinnamon for a kids' version of the drink.
