Things You'll Need:
- box of graham crackers
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter (not margarine)
- chocolate chips
- butterscotch chips
- white chocolate chips
- coconut (optional)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 9 x 13 casserole dish
- cooking spray
-
Step 1
Graham Cracker Crust MixturePreheat the oven to 350. Out of your box of graham crackers, crush 2 of the 3 packs into fine crumbs. Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. 1 1/4 sticks may be enough. You want the crumbs to "stick together" so that it makes a nice crust. I have found that using margarine instead of real butter will not make a very good crust in this recipe. Spray the casserole dish with cooking spray. Be sure and coat the sides. Press the graham cracker and butter mixture into the glass dish.

Step 2
Chocolate Chip LayerNow it's time to add your layers. I started with chocolate chips. I never measure these. I simply cover the graham cracker layer with the desired amount of chocolate chips as shown in this picture.
-
Step 3
Coconut LayerNext add the coconut as shown here. If "toasted" coconut is desired, make this the last layer. If not a big fan of coconut leave this step out.
-
Step 4
Butterscotch chipsButterscotch chips make the next layer.
-
Step 5
White Chocolate Chips and MarshmallowsWhite chocolate chips and marshmallows are next. If "toasted" marshmallows are not desired, add these with the chocolate chips or just omit the marshmallows altogether.
-
Step 6
Sweetened Condensed MilkPour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk on top layer. Try to cover as much of the top with this as possible.
-
Step 7
Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
