How to Play a Virtual Piano on the Internet

Plenty of people long to play and create beautiful music. Unfortunately, not all of us are talented enough to do so. If you fall into this category, you probably don't want to spend the money on an expensive musical instrument such as a keyboard or piano. You can have some fun playing a fake instrument online. While it's not the same as a real keyboard, you can get enjoyment from this and even learn a song or two.

Log on to the Virtual Keyboard website on 2D Play. As you do, a virtual keyboard will load in a small box on the web page. You can use your mouse to play the keyboard by clicking the keys. You can also click on the computer keyboard icon found in the top left corner of the box. Letters will appear on the keys showing you which buttons to press to play the virtual keyboard. You can even choose demos and lessons to a few songs on the 2D Virtual Keyboard page.

Go to the Virtual Piano portion of the Pianoworld website. The keyboard will load after about one minute and you will be all set to play. Unfortunately, you can only play the keyboard by using your mouse. You can, however, add drums to any melody you create and even record the song for your enjoyment.

Visit the New Concept Virtual Piano Keyboard. This is probably the most simple virtual piano of the options found here. Once you log on to the page, the keyboard will load. Use your mouse to click the different piano keys listed. It should be noted that you can only play one key at a time and that's about all you can do.
