How to Heal Disease by Eating Raw Foods

Raw foods provide the purest nutrition available. Millions of people throughout the world have healed themselves of serious diseases by simply changing their diet to exclude meat and dairy products and include only fresh, raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. This diet allows your body to absorb maximum nutrition needed for healing and reduces the amount of toxic chemicals consumed.

Instructions

  1. Transition Slowly

    • 1

Eliminate processed foods from your diet. This means cutting out anything that comes in a can, box or bottle. All processed foods contain toxic chemicals used to preserve the food and make them taste better. Replace these foods with homemade versions, made from fresh ingredients.

    • 2

Add more raw foods to your diet. Start having a couple pieces of fruit or a green smoothie for breakfast. Add a salad or carrot sticks to your lunch, and add mixed salad to your dinner each night.

    • 3

Eliminate meat from your diet. Commercial meats are fed antibiotics, and injected with hormones. These chemicals stay in the animal flesh, even after it's killed and processed. In addition, commercial meats are injected with saline and preservatives as it's processed for sale. These chemicals also can cause disease in the human body.

    • 4

Replace meat with nuts and seed dishes.

    • 5

Be sure to drink at least ½ gallon of pure water each day.

    Detoxify Your Body

    • 6

Eliminate grains and starchy vegetables from your diet.

    • 7

Increase your purified water intake to about 1 gallon each day.

    • 8

Increase the number of green smoothies you drink. Or, increase the amount of greens you eat.

    • 9

Choose your detox method. Some use the Apple detox, other's use a watermelon detox, and still others use the Master Cleanse program.

    • 10

Follow your chosen detox method for the recommended amount of time, or until your tongue is pink again.

    • 11

Reintroduce food slowly after your detox. Start with juices and green smoothies.

    Maintain a Raw Food Diet

    • 12

Eat raw foods that you enjoy.

    • 13

Keep most of your foods simple, but don't shy away from “gourmet” raw foods.

    • 14

Add super foods to your diet, such as Flax, gogi berries and hemp seeds.

    • 15

      Maintain your water intake.

    • 16

Vary the foods you eat and the way you eat them to obtain optimum nutrition and avoid getting bored.

    • 17

Repeat Step 2 every couple months until you are completely healed.

Tips & Warnings

  • Allow four to six weeks for each elimination step in Section 1, to give your body and tastes time to adjust to the new foods.

  • Some people do colonics while doing detox, but it's not absolutely necessary.

  • Many people report increased energy, greater vitality, better skin and increased libido, along with overall body healing from raw foods.

  • Be sure to eat enough calcium, phosphorous and magnisium containing foods.

  • You can have detox symptoms during any phase of this process. Don't be discouraged by this, it means your body is getting rid of toxins that have been making you ill.

  • Women must be sure to incorporate nuts, seeds or fatty vegetables, like avocado into their diets. Lack of fats will cause menstruation to stop.
