How to Get Married on "The Sims"

The Sims is a popular computer game where you can create a family and take its life into your own hands. Maybe you have a single Sim who is yearning for some companionship in his virtual world. Read on to learn how to get your Sim a partner for life.

Instructions

1. Find the Sim who you want to marry and get started talking if you're not acquainted already. Let them hang out, go downtown together or just hang around the house talking. Friendly interaction will increase relationship points between the two Sims.

2. Get a relationship score of 70 or higher and go from friendship to relationship by hugging, kissing and cuddling. Try to get as much physical interaction between your Sims, but if something makes one Sim angry, don't do it! Just keep building the points.

3. Reach a high enough level of points and the game will give you the option to propose. Make sure both Sims are in a good mood so that they will be more likely to accept the proposal. Then, just click on the Sim and click propose. They'll have an instant wedding right on the spot, so have your camera ready!

Tips & Warnings

• Sims that live in the same household can't get married, since it's implied they already are.
