How to Find Christian Music Clubs
Christian music is like any other genre, with significant fan followings, radio stations and music venues catered toward the particular genre and sub-genres. Finding these specific venues and record clubs can be difficult, however, as they are not advertised regularly in newspapers. Here are some ways to go about finding these resources, instead of sifting through countless bins at a record store and skimming through concert listings.

1
Ask at church. Fellow peers or parents might have heard of live music venues or mailing clubs specifically for Christian music. In some cases, a church may have its own music club, such as the Contemporary Christian Music CD Club at Mililani Baptist Church in Hawaii.

2
Remember those CD mailing music clubs from the ‘90s, such as Columbia House? Although Columbia House is now part of BMG Music, the label still has a Christian subsidiary called Sound and Spirit, which continues to maintain a record club.

Check with radio stations. Sometimes, a Christian radio station, such as WJIE 88.5 in Louisville, KY, will have a fan club in which the members share music.
-
4
Check ministry websites. Before doing a search on Google, however, check websites such as PraiseCalendar and YouthPastor (see Resources below), both of which have national lists of music venues and coffee houses that attract Christian acts.
