Instructions

    • 1

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees F. Place the bowl upside-down on the cookie sheet and center the record on top of the bowl.

    • 2

Slide the cookie sheet into the oven and heat the record for 5 to 10 minutes. The album should be starting to droop over the sides, but should be cool enough to touch.

    • 3

Remove the cookie sheet from the oven. While wearing the oven mitts, gently lift the record from the top of the bowl. The record will be very flexible, so be careful.

    • 4

Flip the metal bowl over and press the record into the bowl, molding it into the same shape. The sides will be fluted. The record will cool quickly, so if it becomes too stiff to mold slide it back into the oven for about 2 minutes. Let the record cool in the bowl.

    • 5

Remove the record from the bowl.

Tips & Warnings

  • To clean your bowl, rinse it under cool water or wipe it down with a damp cloth. Do not put it in the dishwasher as it will melt.

  • Always keep an eye on the record while it is in the oven.
