Hangovers will ruin your day. Here's help to get rid of yours!

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

As soon as possible, go the bathroom and puke your guts up. Vomiting will help get the alcohol out of your body.

  2. Step 2

Drink lots of tomato juice. This will help flush the toxins out of your body and replenish your body's vitamins, minerals and electrolytes.

  3. Step 3

Eat plenty of cheese. Cheese will help reduce the absorption of alcohol. It actually helps more to eat the cheese while consuming alcohol but it will help with a hangover as well.

  4. Step 4

Take your multi vitamins. Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C are essential to a hangover recovery. Be sure not to miss this step. Do not over do the vitamins because too much of a good thing is not necessarily a good thing.

  5. Step 5

Rest. You absolutely must get some rest. Even if you don't sleep, put your feet up. Its not a good idea to do any running around when you're feeling woozy.
