Contact a local porta potty rental center. These can be found in the local yellow pages and at the two links below.

Have a set date and location to provide the renting agency with so that arrangements can be made for delivery. Also take into consideration the possible need for an handicap-accessible porta potty, for which there is usually an added fee. It must be compliant with the American Disability Act.

Prepare to pay the fees. They will range from 75 dollars a day for a basic model to 500 dollars for a deluxe model. Additional fees like distance for delivery, service fees for additional clean up and length of time rented will all need to be discussed. You will need a credit card for your reservation and deposit.

Locate a discrete location for your porta potty. This should be no more than 50 yards from the gathering for convenience. Ideally, it will be located behind some form of cover, such as shrubs or bushes, for added privacy. Have it delivered to that spot. The porta potties are not easy to move and once put down, they need to stay there.

5
Provide the sanitizing hand wipes for users and make sure to have additional bathroom supplies handy for the porta potty. This will alleviate any embarrassing mishaps involved with running out of supplies. Let guests know the location of the porta potty as well.

Tips & Warnings
There are different sizes and styles of porta potties. Estimate how many you will need based upon not only the size of the event, but the size of the porta potty.
Do not allow anyone to tamper with the porta potty. Their contents are bio-hazards and require special clean up equipment that will cost you in heavy fees from the renting agency.
