How to Join the Highlights Book Club

Highlights magazine is a standard in pediatrician offices, and a long-standing provider of great reading and learning tools for children. Highlights magazine has expanded to include multiple book clubs for kids. Highlights offers fun and educational content for children through their magazines, book clubs, online materials and games, as well as other offerings. The book clubs may be joined online quickly and easily, and there are multiple fun and interesting book clubs to choose from. More than one club may be joined, and other products and offers may be purchased at the same time as any book club membership.

Instructions

1. Go to the Highlights website. On the left side of the screen is a list of pages and sections within the site. Click on “Highlights Book Clubs.”

2. Review the various book clubs and offers. Carefully read each offer, including terms and cost. Determine which of the offers best fits your needs.

3. Select the club you wish to join and click on "Add to Cart." If you would like to continue shopping, click on "Continue Shopping" and repeat these steps until you are done shopping. Once you are done shopping, click on "Checkout."

4. Login to your account, or click on "Continue." You may start a new account with Highlights later in the process if you wish.

5. Fill in missing information, and change any incorrect information. Verify that the order is correct. Submit the order, and print up the confirmation page for your records.

Tips & Warnings

• If you have problems placing your order online or have any questions, contact the Highlights customer service team at 1-800-962-3661.
• Remember it may take up to six to eight weeks to receive your first shipment. If you have questions, login to your account in order to check on the status of your order. If there are problems, contact customer service.
• Due to the amount of time in between shipments, children may become impatient. When choosing a book club it may be helpful to select one that will provide sufficient entertainment for at least 4 weeks of consecutive use in order to curb the impatience.
• The club memberships may only be available in the United States.
• Some states require the Highlights Book Clubs to charge sales tax. This information is noted in your sign up information.
• Highlights Book Clubs have specific requirements for canceling book club memberships. This information is detailed upon sign up, and should be included in your first shipment. Keep this information handy so if you need to cancel, you may do so correctly and quickly.
