Paint the aluminum foil on the top of the cardboard piece with the blue. Make sure you cover the whole surface of the aluminum foil. The crumbled look of the aluminum foil with give the appearance of waves in the blue paint.

    • 4

Use scissors or a knife to sharpen the stem of each crookneck squash into the shape of a beak.

    • 5

Cut off the round bottom of each crookneck squash so that they will stand up by themselves. Make the bottoms as level as possible without taking off too much height.

    • 6

Poke a hole into each side of the geese heads to form the eyes on each one.

    • 7

Draw or paint feathers or other designs onto your squash geese using black markers or paint.

    • 8

Arrange the fours squash geese onto the aluminum foil covered cardboard. You can use a hot glue gun to glue the geese to the cardboard if you like.
