Step 1
THREE IS A CROWD. Picking a wedding dress is exciting and you want to share the excitement with your friends and family but maybe it's best to go wedding dress shopping with just one person, your mom or sister. The last thing you want is to go to a bridal shop and have to many opinions that you can't think for yourself. Picking just one or two people could turn out being less stressful and more fun than you expect. You'll be able to make your own decision and pick a dress that is more like you and not like everyone else.
-
Step 2
EASY DOES IT. Do not try out every dress you see. It's ok to pick out every dress you see and when you get to the changing room you can select the one worth trying out. When you've tried 1,2, or 3 dresses and finally try one that looks really good on you and you love the price, get it. Trying out more dresses will only make you more confused than you need to be. That's why you don't need to go to the bridal store with your whole family.
-
Step 3
IT'S YOUR PARTY, SO DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. Every bridal store will assign someone to help you. Remember they get paid commission on each dress they sell, While they're there to help you, make sure to make your own decision about what dress you like. Most of them know just how to make sale and they do whatever they can to make a living. So be sure to be in a calm state of mind to rationally make your decision.

Step 4
HAVE FUN! Be determined to have fun finding the dress that is right for you. Don't be nervous it's not supposed to be a beauty pageant. Laugh or cry if you want and take your time. Most of all pick the dress that you feel most confident about and that confidence will shine on you on your wedding day.
