The Royalty Outside card game is a solitary game. And like most solitaire games, you are trying to beat the cards using skill and luck.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 52-pack of playing cards
  • surface to play on
  1. Step 1
Kings in corner, Queens Top and Bottom, Jacks on the side

Kings in corner, Queens Top and Bottom, Jacks on the side

The object of the game is to put all the "face" cards, Jack, Queen and King, in the outside spaces were they belong as shown in the picture. Shuffle the cards

  2. Step 2

Hold the deck face down in one hand. You are going to fill out a grid of 4 cards across by 4 cards down. Flip one card over. If it is anything but a face card put it in the 4 central spaces. If it is a face card, put it in one of it's proper places.

  3. Step 3

At the start of the game and throughout the game you are trying to keep spaces open where a face card might need to go. If you flip up a face card and all it's spots aree filled you just lost the game.

  4. Step 4

In order to win the game you need to get the spaces open so there will be room for the face card to be put when it's flipped up. This is how you can remove cards: take 2 and only 2 cards that add up to 10 and remove them from the playing board. You have now just opened up 2 spaces. Remove all 10's.

  5. Step 5

The object of removing cards is to get the outside area open. Let's say you have a 7 and a 3 in the middle 4 cards, but there is a 7 in a Jack's space. You will want to remove this 7 and the three from the middle. Always try to open outside spaces first.

  6. Step 6

As the game progresses it will be harder to remove cards and harder to place face cards in their proper space. If you place all the face cards on the outside in the right places you win!! But if you turn up a face card that won't go anywhere it's--OOOOhh NNNOOoo
    Have fun
