Do not use any salt, oils, or dressings on your fruits and vegetables. They will halt the body cleanse in its tracks. You will see a sudden weight loss from the water weight that you will drop when you are on the body cleanse.

Follow this fruit and vegetable body cleanse for a week. When you start eating normally again, you will want to eat high fiber carbs and low fat proteins along with your fruits and vegetables. This will help to increase the weight that you will lose from having done a body cleanse.
