This mask is not only nourishing for your skin but also relaxing

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup banana
  1. Step 1

    Pour the banana and yogurt in a bowl

  2. Step 2

    Add the mango and mix well until it becomes like a paste

  3. Step 3

    Apply to face and leave for about 10-15 minutes

  4. Step 4

    Rinse thoroughly

on 10/10/2008 I think, masks for the skin made from pure, organic foods are excellent ideas! Thanks for this specific tip! I will make sure though the fruits are organic, and ripen in their seasons otherwise, they barely have usable nutrients. With the yogurt, I'd look for organic, free-range cow's milk yogurt.
