on 10/10/2008 I think, masks for the skin made from pure, organic foods are excellent ideas! Thanks for this specific tip! I will make sure though the fruits are organic, and ripen in their seasons otherwise, they barely have usable nutrients. With the yogurt, I'd look for organic, free-range cow's milk yogurt.
