Things You'll Need:
- whole wheat macaroni/penne rigate,sweet red pimientos or fresh red sweet pepper, sesame seeds, nutritional yeast flakes, cashews, lemon juice, onion and garlic powder, water

Step 1
Put whole wheat macaroni/penne rigate in boiling water for approximately 20-30 minutes or to your desired tenderness. Put about 2 tsp. salt or salt to taste.

Blend: 1 16 oz. can pimientos/1 fresh sweet pepper, 2 Tbs. sesame seeds, 1 Tbs. nutritional yeast flakes, 1 cup cashews, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. onion, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 1/2 cups water together in blender.

Step 3
Mix blended mixture with cooked macaroni in mixing bowl, pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Variations: chopped olives, steamed broccoli, browned tofu etc.can be added to macaroni.Mixture can also be used on vegetables or homemade pizza.
