Step 1
When wanting to look at something in the dark use your peripheral vision by looking indirectly at the object instead of staring directly at it.

If possible get lower then the object you are trying to look at.

Step 3
To increase your ability to see in the dark in the long term make sure to include carrots (for the vitamin A) and bilberry's (for the anthocyanims.)
