Things You'll Need:
- 1 pkg Large Pasta Shells
- 3c Tomato Sauce
- 15oz Ricotta Cheese
- 3c Mozzarella Cheese
- 1c Parmesan Cheese
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4c Fresh Parsley
- Casserole Pan
- Mixing Bowl

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Boil pasta until al dente. Remove from heat and drain. Allow to cool for a few minutes.

Step 2
Cook ground beef until cooked completely. Drain. Set aside.

Mix 2c of mozzarella cheese, ricotta, parmesan eggs, parsley, and ground beef together.

Spread two spoonfuls of sauce on bottom of pan. Spoon mixture into shells. When finished lining shells into pan, pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Put in oven for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
