Things You'll Need:
-
Step 1
Start the day as late as possible. The more you sleep on a day the lazier you get usually. Any time after 11am is good.
-
Step 2
After waking up laze around turning on your bed for atleast 30 mins. That would be till around 11.30am.
-
Step 3
After finally getting off the bed go straight into the living room and hit the couch. Under no circumstances should you go into the kitchen and brew yourself some coffee or tea. These things hamper a well begun lazy day.
-
Step 4
Lie down aimlessly on the couch getting in and out of short naps for about 30 mins. It should be 12 noon now.
-
Step 5
Slouch on the couch and switch on the TV with your remote. Remember slouching is very important, keeps the lazyness going. Watch whatever is on the TV channel that comes up for 30 mins. Do not flip channels, that usually makes people alert. 12.30pm.
-
Step 6
You should be hungry by now; drag yourself to the kitchen and pick up the first snack bag and juice box you find. Do not hunt for food. Hunting will make your lazyness go away and thats a big NO NO. Eat or play with your food for like 30 mins. 1pm.
-
Step 7
Slip back into the couch. Switch on your laptop or read a book or read a newspaper. Don't read too hard, just browse. The goal is to stay aimless. You need to do this for like 4 to 5 hours. The internet can usually help you pass loads of time without you needing to use your brain too much. Should be like 5pm now.
-
Step 8
Get off the couch and go sit on the lazy boy. Take an hours nap. Its 6pm.
-
Step 9
You should be hungry again. Go to the kitchen. Again pick up the first snack and juice box. Go back to the lazy boy and switch on the TV. Put on a less stressful movie marathon. A good choice would be CLERKS I and II. 4 hours will be spent without you noticing it. 10pm.
-
Step 10
Time to go back to bed buddy. Time for me to go to sleep too.
