This smoothie is a quick & easy way to start your day. Great for low-carbers & everyone!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Soy Slender Vanilla Soymilk - 1 1/2 cups
  • Heavy whipping cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Frozen strawberries - 1/4 cup
  • Whey Protein powder - 1 scoop
  • A blender
  1. Step 1

    Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Step 2

    Blend until smooth!

  3. Step 3

    Approximate total net carbs: 4.5

Tips & Warnings
  • Try a handful of blueberries, raspberries or apricots to mix it up!
  • To sweeten the deal, add a little splenda.
  • For a thicker, creamier smoothie, add another tablespoon of heavy whipping cream.
  • Try Soy Slender Chocolate Soymilk for a chocolate thrill!
