This Italian Salad is unique and a croud pleaser!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 can Cecci Beans
  • 1 can Black Olives
  • 1 jar Green Olives
  • 1 jar Mushrooms
  • 1 small jar Pepperonchines
  • 1 jar (undrained) Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  1. Step 1

    In a large bowl mix all ingredients except for the olive oil and vinegar. Do not discard the artichoke jar.

  2. Step 2

    Use the artichoke jar to measure 1/2 jar of olive oil. Add this to the salad.

  3. Step 3

    Use the same jar to measure 1/2 jar of vinegar. Add to the salad. Season with salt, pepper, or Italian seasoning to taste. Toss.

Tips & Warnings
  • This salad is best made a day in advance so that it has time to marinate and chill.
