Does your Sim defy death at every turn? Do they do senseless things that would get an ordinary Sim killed? Why not have them earn a paycheck for it? There are exciting careers for the daring/terminally insane Sim waiting in the Adventurer Career Track! Get started on the career track only movie characters dare to dream of!

Things You'll Need

  • The Sims 2
  • The Sims 2: Seasons
  • The Sims 2: Free Time (optional)
  • Become an adventurer. You can find this job in the newspaper, online or by cheating (activate the boolprop cheat shift+click on your newspaper and select Adventurer.) The job will require high Body, Charisma and Mechanical Skills. Active Sims will make the best adventurers.

  • Build the body. Your Body skill is the first thing your adventurer will want to work on. They will need all ten Body points to become a Space Pirate. Exercise machines, the gyro and swimming are all excellent ways to gain Body points.

  • Practice your speech. Your Sim will need a lot of Charisma to work their way up the adventuring ladder. After all, how are you supposed to banter with rival adventurers without charisma? Your Sim will need nine Charisma points to become a Space Pirate.

  • Rebuild a car. Or do something else mechanical. Your Sim must have an intimate knowledge of all things moving in order to work their way into space flight and space piracy. Your SIm will need nine Mechanical points to become a Space Pirate. Rebuilding cars not only gives your Sim some Mechanical Points, but it also gives them a hobby and a nice car when they've finished.

  • Make some active friends. Birds of a feather flock together. Your Adventurer will need 11 friends to become a Space Pirate. Other active Sims will make their best friends, since they will probably have more in common with your Sim.
