Step1
Use your software to design a format for your printable chore lists and sit down with your kids and agree on tasks.
Step2
Have your kids rate a chore on the chart and assign total possible points to each one. Have a scale of minimum to maximum points allowed for each task based upon an agreed upon criteria.
Step3
Be sure you have set up your chart so that it is printable and you can post the chore lists in a visible place for your kids.
Step4
Have the kids check off each task on the lists when they have finished a chore.
Step5
Parents grade each task that has been accomplished and assign total points earned by kids for each chore on the lists.
Step6
Give your kids a mission or sliding scale towards a total number of points for their final reward. Depending on the level of difficulty the kids can earn a bigger reward by completing a particular mission designated on your printable chore lists.
