Things You'll Need:
- 2 Tomatoes (ripe)
- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Basil
- Virgin olive oil

Step 1
Wash and thinly slice the tomatoes and put on a platter.

Step 2
Make thin slices of the mozzarella cheese and place it on top of the tomatoes.

Step 3
Mix 1 tsp of basil and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning and sprinkle over tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

Step 4
Shake olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese and serve.

on 8/28/2008 slphilbrick , I think that is a good idea, too. It will give the tomatoes a less 'bland' taste and is a good substitute for the salt some people like to use.
