Instructions

Step 1

The first thing you will need to do is soak one of the cloths in Old English. Rub the cloth over the shower door. Be careful not to get the oil on the floor of the shower as it will be very slippery. If you do make sure you clean the oil off with a dish washing detergent.
Step 2

Next take your scrub brush and scrub the soap scum in a circular motion to loosen the soap scum. Every so often spray with water and use the squeegees rubber edge to pull the mess downward and then use another cloth to catch the debris. You will need to repeat this several times until all of the soap scum has been removed. It may take a long time if you have severe soap scum build-up.
Step 3

Finally, after the door is clear of soap scum (the lemon in the Old English breaks it down) take another clean cloth and coat the door again with Old English. This will provide a protective layer of oil and soap scum will not be able to build-up again.
Step 4

If the door is rubbed with oil once a week it should keep the door clear of soap scum. If it does build-up a little you can begin at step 1 and remove the soap scum, however it will not take as much effort to remove.
