This is part two of what fun you are going to have at Disneyland during the Halloween Holiday. Decorated to the ultimate degree, the kids are going to be enjoying every second at the Disneyland Resort and inside the gates of Disneyland.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

As you walk in, pumpkins line the 2nd floor windows on Main street and give a glowing feeling that fall harvest is at Disneyland. Leading up to the center of the park were gourds are set on the statues and they have outlines of the Disney characters.

  2. Step 2

Mickey mouse and all his pals will be around signing autographs, but expect them in their Halloween Costumes so they greet you in the season colors.

  3. Step 3

The traditional Halloween place we all know and love has to be the attraction of the Haunted Mansion. Go early because the line traditionally is 4 to 5 hours long during Halloween.

  4. Step 4

All new types of ghouls and pumpkins line the 30 foot stretch between the Haunted House and the front gate of the attraction.

  5. Step 5

The kids are going to go hog wild for Woody's Halloween round up which is the farthest point from the entrance. This is what Halloween is all about and the idea that Woody is hosting makes me even a little excited as I love this Character. The back lot where this is held has been redesigned to feel like a bit of the west. Spread out there are crafts to participate in, little exhibits about gourds and animals, pumpkin displays and even a few of the characters are just hanging out for pictures.

  6. Step 6

Watch for employees with fanny packs in the Main Street area as they hand out free little goodies every year! Last year it was collectable buttons and this year - 2008 - is anybody's guess!

Tips & Warnings
  • Disneyland gets really busy for Halloween. Be prepared to wait!
  • If you want to Trick or treat at the park, tickets are available for special nights at the Disneyland California Adventure Park.
