Who doesn't know film star Brad Pitt? Over the course of his career he's played everything from a con man and thief to action star and loving father. The one thing that's remained constant is that amazing body and you too can get Brad Pitt's body at home.

  1. Step 1

    Vary your routine depending on what you need. Pitt often varies his workout routine depending on what he needs to look like for his next role.

  2. Step 2

    Eliminate those cigarettes from your life! This celebrity gave up the cigarettes when he realized that they were making it harder for him to give his all during workouts.

  3. Step 3

    Use a diet that is high in protein, but low in carbs. Pitt's been on this diet for years now and the effects are pretty clear.

  4. Step 4

    Give yourself a treat to reward yourself for all that hard work. No matter how hard he works, Pitt knows that treats are necessary. A nice piece of chocolate or a small shake can do wonders for your self-esteem and keep you focused on working out.

  5. Step 5

    Work with a personal trainer to get the real results. Pitt's trainer forces him to workout harder and harder each day and to keep that body in tip top shape.

  6. Step 6

    Spend a minimum of 2-3 hours in the gym every day. What, did you think it would be easy to get a body like Brad's? This toned actor's known to spend hours in the gym to keep his body in top shape.
