Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup all wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 smashed banana
- 1/3 cup peacans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease muffin pan.

Mix together flour baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, oatmeal, sugar, salt, and peacans.

Add in all remaining ingredients and stir until well incorporated.

Step 4
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 15 minutes or until the center of the muffing springs back when pushed with finger.
