- A Natural Bristled Brush

Step 1
Take out a natural bristled brush and start with your skin being dry. It would be best to start at your feet and rub the brush in a circular motion.

Step 2
Continue brushing in a circular motion up your legs and just keep moving upwards be sure to get all those hard to reach places.

Step 3
The final step would be to take a warm shower followed by a cold rinse and add some oil or lotion to your skin and there you have it your done with removing your dead skin.

on 2/4/2009 One of the benefits to dry skin brushing is to get the blood flowing closer to the skin's surface. This will rejuvenate skin, help with skin cell turnover (fancy way of saying your skin cells will renew quicker). Another benefit is to move the lipids around, reducing cellulite.
