Things You'll Need:
- Organic apple cider vinegar water
- bucket
- sponge
-
Step 1
Since these saunas are most often used for detoxification purposes its important to clean them with something non-toxic. It was recommended to me by Therasauna to use Organic Apple cider Vinegar. Use a 1 to 3 ratio of Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to water.
-
Step 2
Mix up a solution in a bucket. You really dont need much just fill the bottom of a bucket a few inches. And soak your sponge in the solution.
-
Step 3
Go over the interior with the wet sponge and wipe it down. The vinegar should cut through any stains that have occurred and get rid of any dirt without leaving any toxins in the sauna.

on 1/31/2009 Great to know, my far infrared sauna probably needs a good cleaning. 5 stars!
