This is a great recipe for Swedish Meatballs. Makes a good dish for parties and other get-togethers.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 mcup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Sauce
  • 1 12oz bottle chili sauce
  • 1 6oz jar pickle relish (sweet)
  • 1 can of beer
  1. Step 1

    *Meatballs*
    Mix ingredients together and form into small balls. Brown the meatballs well in cooking oil.

  2. Step 2

    *Sauce*
    Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Step 3

    Add the sauce to the browned meatballs and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.

Tips & Warnings
  • I like to serve these with cooked egg noodles or rice.
