Things You'll Need:
- Fresh shrimp,1 pound
- Onions, 1 chopped
- Bell pepper,1 chopped
- Garlic, 1 chopped clove
- Celery,1/2 cup, chopped
- Tomato sauce, 8 ounces
- Parsley
- Green onion
- Cornstarch, 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Clean the shrimp and set aside.

Step 2
Sauté onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic in olive oil. Cook until tender.

Step 3
Add the tomato sauce and water. Season with salt and pepper and Cajun seasoning. Simmer for thirty minutes.

Step 4
Thicken with corn starch. Add the shrimp and simmer for ten minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
