Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1" piece of ginger (Adrak) (crushed)
  • 1½ cups of water
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 2 tsp of tea leaves
  • Sugar (As per taste)
  1. Step 1

    Take a sauce pan and put the water on heat.

  2. Step 2

    Add the crushed ginger, sugar and let it boil.

  3. Step 3

    Now add the milk and bring to a boil again.

  4. Step 4

    Add the tea leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes or until the tea turns slightly dark brown or reddish.

  5. Step 5

    Strain the tea and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not use the ginger paste available in markets. Crush fresh ginger.
