Are you tired of wasting money on treatments that claim to relieve or cure your hemorrhoids? Would you like to prevent your hemorrhoids from getting worse? How about curing your hemorrhoids naturally?

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • moist wipes
  • wash cloth
  • vitamin E
  • bath tub
  • ice
  • water
  1. Step 1

You can prevent your hemorrhoids from getting worse by establishing a healthy bowel habit. Do not hold your bowel, go to the bathroom as soon as you feel like you have to. This may mean that you have to use a public bathroom. Don’t be afraid. All you have to do is place one of those paper toilet covers over the seat or if there is no toilet cover then simply cover the toilet with toilet tissue.

  2. Step 2

After you use the bathroom do not rub your anus. Blot gently with white-not color or perfumed-moistened toilet tissue. You can wet the tissue with water or Balneol-cleansing agent. You can also use baby wipes or pre-moistened towels. If you do not want to use toilet tissue then after you have a bowel movement then take a shower and use a soap without dyes or fragrance to cleanse your anus.

  3. Step 3

Avoid certain medicines. Since aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs-like ibuprofen can cause your hemorrhoids to bleed then avoid taking them as much as possible.

  4. Step 4

You can relieve the pain and itching you experience by applying moist heat to your anus three to four times a day. Just wet a wash cloth with warm water or place it in the microwave for a few seconds. If you can stand cold, then apply ice to your anus three to four times a day for about 10 minutes at a time and then place a warm compress on the anal area for another 10 to 20 minutes.

  5. Step 5

You can treat your hemorrhoids by taking a sitz bath. Just fill your tub with some warm water, just enough to cover your butt and abdomen, and soak about 15 minutes. Do this three to four times a day. If you are constipated, then do a cold sitz bath first then do a warm sitz bath. Be sure not to put anything (baby oil or bubble bath, etc.) into your sitz bath. Continue taking sitz baths until your hemorrhoids are treated.

  6. Step 6

Another way to treat your hemorrhoids is to apply vitamin E to your hemorrhoids. Wash your anus gently, but thoroughly, with a mild soap and water, then blot dry. Then pierce a vitamin E capsule and squeeze the vitamin E oil out onto one of your fingers and then apply directly to the hemorrhoids. Wash hands well before and after application. Apply the vitamin E oil morning and night until your hemorrhoids shrink.
