Flossing is important for dental care, and it should be done at lease once a day

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • floss
  1. Step 1

    Cut about 15-18 inches of floss and wrap around your fingers

  2. Step 2

    Delicately insert the dental floss around your teeth

  3. Step 3

    Gently move the floss back and forth

  4. Step 4

    Floss near the gum line, with a C shape motion

  5. Step 5

    Repeat the process on every tooth

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not forget the back teeth
  • If you just start flossing after a long time, sometimes you will see the gums bleeding. This is normal but if it persists after 4-5 days, you should visit a dentist
