Hash brown casseroles are a staple for church potlucks and family reunions, but with this never fail recipe, you can create this casserole of comfort any night of the week.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 package frozen hashbrown chunks
  • 1 can of cream of celery
  • 1 can of cream of chicken
  • 1 cup of velveeta cheese
  • 1 8oz. carton of sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 2 cups of corn flakes, crushed
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    In large mixing bowl, mix the hash browns, soups, sour cream and cheese together.

  3. Step 3

    Pour mixture into greased large baking dish.

  4. Step 4

    In a small mixing bowl, mix the stick of butter and crushed corn flakes. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
