Things You'll Need:
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup BUTTER
- 2/3 cup of evaporated milk
- 12 oz choclate chips semi sweet
- 7oz marshmellow cream
- 1 table spoon vanilla

Step 1
Combine the sugar , evap. milk & butter in a medium sized sauce pan.
Stir & bring to a full rolling boil , Boil for aprox 5 minutes , Make sure the sugar has completely devolved ( or the fudge will not be smooth & creamy) -
Step 2
Now remove from heat & add the chocolate chips & stir till melted ,
If you need place on low heat to completely melt the chocolate.
Now stir in the marshmallow cream & vanilla
( if you like nut in your fudge add them now about 1/2 cup)
Put on low heat till everything is melted & blended well -
Step 3
Pour into a cake pan & let it cool at room temp till firm.
If it is a little soft , put it into the refrigerator for an hour to really firm it up.
Cut into squares & serve.
