Things You'll Need:

Open up Outlook Express

Go to Tools and then click 'Options'

Click the 'signatures' tab

Step 4
Tick the boxes for your preferences. Do you wish for the signature to go on all emails you send or just those you create?

Click the 'new' button

Step 6
In the 'edit signature' section, be sure the text radio button is ticked and fill in whatever it is you'd like to show.
Add your name, your website name with the url underneath of it or a quotation... whatever you like. -
Step 7
Click 'Apply' and then 'Okay'
