Things You'll Need:
- Sharp Knife
- Soft Shell Crab(s)

Step 1
First place your crab on a cutting board and with your knife gut the face off.Just cut enough to take the eyes and mouth off. Most people do not like the crab looking at them.

Step 2
After you have the face cut off. On each side of the crab, at the points. Lift them up so you can see the gills. Remove and discard the gills.

Step 3
After you have finished step 2 flip the crab over. Pull the point in the center of the crab and lay it flat on the cutting board. Cut it off flush with the body.

Step 4
You have now cleaned a soft shell crab. Cook your crab with the method of choice and enjoy.
