1
Take out a 7x7 scrapbook page and place your before weight loss picture on the page. Use your acid-free pen or marker to write about why you wanted to lose weight, your weight when you first started and when you started your weight loss journey. Copy this information on a journal card. Embellish this page with stickers and borders that encourage you to lose weight. Use your scrapbooking tape to adhere the photos, journal card and embellishments.

2
Use weight scale, food and exercise stickers to embellish the pages. Use stickers that are encouraging, such as "way to go" and "almost there." Use other papers as borders for your page and journal the highlights of your progress and share thoughts about the pictures on the pages. Have friends, family or those who motivated you the most journal some encouraging words throughout the scrapbook.

Journal your final weight and how long it took you to get to that weight. Use stickers that are rewarding such as "Great job" and "I did it!" Make the last page the highlight of the whole scrapbook.
-
4
Place the completed pages into the scrapbook. Add protective scrapbook covers to each page to preserve the scrapbook.
-
5
Have your scrapbook embossed on the cover with your weight-loss goal date and initials.
