Here is a recipe for Vegetarian Quiche . You can add all kinds of stuff to make it how you like it

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 store bought pie crust
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 cup of cream
  • 1/3 cup minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded chease ( what ever kind of cheese you have or like)
  • 8 ounces of your favorite VEGGIES
  • Add you 8 ounces of you favorite meet if you like
  1. Step 1

    Heat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Step 2

    Beat eggs till well blended ,stir in cream , onions salt & pepper

  3. Step 3

    Line a pie tin or glass dish with the pie crust

    IF YOU WANT TO ADD YOU FAVORITE FILLING ( VEGGIES or MEAT )
    DO IT NOW
    Just make sure it is clean & dry
    It can be any kind of veggies
    If you want to use some meat , put it in now
    You don't even have to use veggies

    Put your stuffing (meat or veggies or both) into the pie crust
    spread the cheese over the filling.

    If it is just a regular Quiche , just ad the cheese

  4. Step 4

    Pour egg mixture over the filling gently

    Place it in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes

    THEN Reduce heat to 300 degrees & bake 30 more minutes
    Remove from over & let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

    Serve as a side dish or main meal

You asked where the cream came from , Well I got it out of the refrigerator.
Look on the list for items you will need ,it is there under the eggs.
