How to Upload Caller ID Photos for Cell Phones
Cell phones are getting more and more advanced each month. A few years ago, a camera was a special feature; now it's an expected component. Most cell phones can also assign a special picture, called the caller ID photo, to specific callers. This article will show you the basic steps to set up this feature.

Find a photo you want to add to the address book in your cell phone. You can use a picture taken with that phone's camera or one saved as a jpeg on your computer, or create your own image or drawing and save it as a jpeg.

If you took the picture with your cell-phone camera, it is already saved to your phone. If you are using a picture from your computer, you will need to send it to your phone via email, attaching the photo in jpeg format.

Open the email on your phone. Download the photo and save it to your phone's image folder.

Open your address book and select the contact to which you wish to add the image.

Select "Add detail" in the contact options menu.

Select "Add image. " Open the folder to which you saved your image.

Select the image. It will now be displayed when that person calls.
